The Challenge

Mambo’s Restaurant relied entirely on walk-in traffic and phone orders. They had no online presence, no digital menu, and were losing customers to competitors who offered online ordering. The pandemic accelerated their need for a complete digital solution that could handle reservations, online ordering, and brand storytelling.

Our Approach

We built a visually rich WordPress website using XD for design and Wix for rapid prototyping. The final site features high-quality food photography galleries, an interactive digital menu with dietary filters, an integrated reservation system, and WooCommerce-powered online ordering with real-time order tracking. We also optimized their Google Business profile and local SEO.

The Results

Online orders accounted for 35% of total revenue within the first month. Table reservations increased by 80%, and the restaurant saw a 45% increase in new customer visits driven by improved local SEO and Google visibility.
